When reporting an issue
Please report bugs, crashes, incorrect nutrition or workout behaviour, UI issues, purchase or restore issues, Apple Health or Health Connect sync problems, installation issues, and feature feedback.
Please include as much of the following as possible:
- Your device model
- Your Android or iOS version
- Your Ironlytics version and build number, for example 1.17.0+105
- What you were doing
- What happened and what you expected
- Whether the issue is repeatable
- A screenshot or screen recording, where possible

- Workout logging, structured workouts, templates, and exercise management
- Nutrition logging, saved foods, recent foods, and serving sizes
- General app support
- Bug reports and unexpected app behaviour
- Apple Health permissions and syncing on iPhone
- Health Connect permissions and syncing on Android
- Apple App Store purchase and Restore Purchases issues
- Google Play purchase and restore issues

Known limitations
- Android: background rest timer completion may be delayed by battery optimisation or power management.
- Health data only appears after you grant access to Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iPhone.
- Only open template, food, or backup import files from sources you trust.
- Barcode and food lookup results may depend on the availability and quality of external food data.
- Exercise guidance is general fitness information only and may not be available for every exercise.
