When reporting an issue
Early access testers can report bugs, crashes, incorrect nutrition or workout behaviour, UI issues, and feature feedback.
Please include as much of the following as possible:
- Your device model
- Your Android version
- Your Ironlytics app version
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if useful
Common support topics
- Workout logging, structured workouts, templates, and exercise management
- Nutrition logging, saved foods, recent foods, and serving sizes
- Health Connect permissions and synced dashboard data
- Template, food, backup, and summary export/import
- PDF/text export summaries
- Rest timer notifications and sounds
- Crashes, bugs, or unexpected app behaviour
Known limitations
- Background rest timer completion may be delayed by Android battery optimisation or power management.
- Health Connect data only appears after you grant the required permissions on your device.
- Only open template, food, or backup import files from sources you trust.
- Barcode and food lookup results may depend on the availability and quality of external food data.
